Born in Guadalajara, Mexico and raised in Dallas, Texas, Regina left a successful career as a bankruptcy attorney to launch Reina Rebelde, which ties her two loves—cosmetics and her Mexican heritage. A graduate of Yale University and The University of Chicago Law School, Regina is a proud Mexican immigrant carving out her own path in the beauty world.
Regina is the founder and creator of Reina Rebelde, the first makeup line inspired by and created for today’s Latinas, which celebrates the Latina collective, dualistic experience as Rebel Queens. 2018 was This year monumental for Reina Rebelde as the Latina community propelled the brand to capture the attention of its first major retail partner — Target.
Juan was born in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic. At the age of 5 his family relocated to the United States settling in New York City.
After working 6 Years in finance Juan purchased a home brewing kit and began brewing beers inspired by the tastes and flavors he grew up with. He immersed himself in the fascinating world of craft beer and brewed different styles at home such as Café con Leche Milk Stout with Café Bustelo and a refreshing Chinola Witbier for his summer ale. After intense research and a desire to start his own business Juan decided to give his neighborhood the beer company it deserved, and Dyckman Beer Company was born.“Craft beers inspired by the people, flavor, and culture of Uptown NYC.” Dyckman Beer Company beers are distributed in over 150 locations in New York City in addition to 25 locations in the Dominican Republic.
Ruben is former finance and real estate executive, inspired by the urban landscape and surrounding media culture. Ruben is the co-founder of Beautify Earth. Through murals, paintings, corporate programs, and community activations, Ruben changes the way we view the world through art and collaboration. His murals are beautiful interruptions to the saturation of negative messaging that bombards the urban landscape. Ruben’s art challenges the status quo and creates space for inquiry, activism, and change. Utilizing the often overlooked spaces we encounter on a daily basis, as an example, he challenges our understanding of normal and encourages a community to gather inspiring and creating the change most just discuss.
Ome is an iconexion's resident DJ and founder of Dulce UpFront, a company and bridges art and community impact. The company produces multi-media cultural arts events, utilizing a social justice framework with a collective of artists.
In 2018, Ome was awarded Inspirational Queer Activist by Queer Out and highlighted by Rise Up as part of the next generation of activists in California who are actively creating and inspiring change on a local and global level.

Kristel recently started as the head of Nuyorican Productions, Jennifer Lopez’s production company, where she is developing both film and television projects.
Kristel was a producer on Children of Men directed by Alfonso Cuarón. The film received two BAFTA awards and was nominated for three Academy Awards. She has also been credited as producer on the 20th Century Fox picture In Time, directed by Andrew Niccol and starring Justin Timberlake, Amanda Seyfried and Cillian Murphy. More recently she produced RZA’s directorial debut, Universal’s Man with the Iron Fists, presented by Quentin Tarantino.
Lynnette Ramirez is a visionary leader with nearly 20 years of success in the field of entertainment. Currently, Lynnette is a media consultant for producers focused on increasing value in the multicultural market. Lynnette served as SVP, original content for Fuse Media. In this role she was responsible for overseeing all programming & development for Fuse and FM, the latter a cable and digital media network with music at its core. She oversaw all new and returning series for both networks – including SKEE TV, Big Freedia: Queen of Bounce, Fluffy Breaks Even and Transcendent – as well as additional programming from Jennifer Lopez, Dwayne “The Rock” Johnson and Gabriel Iglesias.
Lynnette began her career in development with Sean Connery’s Fountainbridge Films, and in 2002, she launched Vida Films, an independent film production company. Vida Films produced the ensemble drama THE BLUE HOUR, starring Emily Rios and Alyssa Milano, and served as a co-producer on the dark comedy 2 DAYS starring Paul Rudd. In June 2007 Lynnette became SVP of development and production for George Lopez Presents. During her tenure with Lopez, she produced several projects including the Nickelodeon original movie MR. TROOP MOM.

A sophisticated communicator, her experience includes crisis management, executive and financial communications, strategic development, multicultural marketing and public relations for global technology, automotive, consumer packaged goods and alcohol brands. Most recently, Karina was the senior director of community affairs at MillerCoors where she led a national team focused environmental sustainability, alcohol responsibility and community engagement efforts.
