    Christopher Rivas is the author of Brown Enough, American Actor, Producer, Director, Storyteller, and Voice-Over Artist who is best known for his work as an actor. He has started his career as a theatre artist but become popular for his solo play titled “The Real James Bond… Was Dominican”. He has recently played the role of “Oscar Bruno Martinez” in the American Sitcom “Call Me Kat”.

    Christopher had a passion for acting since his childhood days and he always wanted to become an actor. His professional journey in acting begins at the age of 5 and later he completed his graduation in BFA from California Institute of the Arts. After completing his graduation he developed an interest in writing and storytelling and obtained a Ph.D. degree from The European Graduate School.

    He founded online writing and storytelling platforms titled “christopherrivasstorytelling.com” and “LifestyleDezine.com” along with his career in acting. Christopher started his Hollywood career by working in short films and later worked on projects like 2 Broke Girls, Grey’s Anatomy, Two Sentence Horror Stories, SEAL Team, NCIS: Los Angeles, Adam Ruins Everything, etc. Apart from acting, he is currently working as a freelance writer for The New York Times and a Personal Coach for WWE.

Rosanna Durruthy

  • Vice President, Global Diversity, Inclusion, Belonging

    Rosanna is LinkedIn’s Vice President of global diversity, inclusion and belonging. She brings broad, cross functional, human resources leadership experience in attracting and developing high performing talent as the diversity leader at companies like Cigna, Vivendi Universal (Seagram) and Merrill Lynch. At LinkedIn, Rosanna’s focus is on empowering all employees, members and customers to realize their full potential. Gina Brillon

  • Comedia | Actress | Writer

    Gina Brillon was born and raised in the Bronx, New York. The Puerto Rican actress, comedian, and writer, has been a stand-up comic since she was 17 years old. Her first one hour special, Pacifically Speaking, was produced by Gabriel Iglesias and aired on NuvoTV (2014). She had a featured role in Gabriel Iglesias' theatrical film, The Fluffy Movie. She's made appearances on Comedy Central's Live at Gotham, E!'s Chelsea Lately, AXS' Gotham Comedy Live, The View, Late Night with Seth Meyers and Jimmy Kimmel Live. You have also seen her on Kevin Can Wait on CBS and The Conners on ABC. In 2012, she became the first (and only) Latina winner of NBC's Stand up for Diversity Showcase. Gina is also a singer, published writer, and poet. In 2019, she was featured on Gabriel Iglesias' "Beyond the Fluffy Tour" - hitting 46 cities around the US and gaining thousands of new fans along the way. Sergio Rodriguez-Castillo

  • Soul Debugger and Intra-net Specialist

    Sergio is a born and raised Mexican living in the US, with over 16 years of experience in the field of psychedelic-assisted therapy. Before becoming a psychotherapist, Sergio practiced law for 12 years in the world’s largest law firm. Searching for meaning and better ways to be of service, Sergio traveled to India to train in psycho-spirituality at the Sadhana Institute, Osho’s ashram, and the Ramakrishna Mission. He also apprenticed with a Mazatec healer (curandera) in Mexico for over ten years. He then moved to California, got two master’s degrees, in Integral Counseling Psychology and East-West Psychology, and is currently a Ph.D. candidate in East-West Psychology at CIIS, writing his dissertation on developing a blueprint for the training of psychedelic-assisted therapists. He has been core faculty at CIIS’ Integral Counseling Psychology, the Center for Consciousness Medicine, and AMPYDET’s Transpersonal Master’s degree. Sergio is a MAPS MDMA-Assisted Therapy Practitioner and a licensed MFT in private practice, focusing on existential growth and consciousness expansion.

Arianna Davis

  • Arianna Davis is the Editorial Director of TODAY.com, the website for the TODAY Show. She is also the author of What Would Frida Do? Brandon Santiago

  • Brandon Santiago is presently the Chief Growth Officer at Get Lit Words Ignite. He's a cultural strategist, filmmaker, and producer with a global presence as an educator, performer, and speaker. After overcoming the challenge of dropping out of high school, Brandon discovered his passion for education through the performing arts, including theater, film, and Spoken Word. Since then, Brandon’s life’s mission has been to leverage his expertise as a tool and weapon to break barriers and build bridges from the margins to the core.

Dante basco

  • Dante Basco is an American film, television, and voice actor. He is best known for his role as Rufio, the leader of the Lost Boys in Steven Spielberg's Hook and for voicing the titular main protagonist of American Dragon: Jake Long and Zuko in Avatar: The Last Airbender.

    Some other roles he provided voices for include Zuko's grandson General Iroh II in The Legend of Korra, Quoc Wong in The Proud Family, Jingmei in The Boondocks, Tuck in Generator Rex, Scorpion in Ultimate Spider-Man, and Jai Kell in Star Wars Rebels. Shihan Van Clief

  • Shihan Van Clief is a seven-time Tony Award-winning HBO Def Jam Poet, with the Poetic Icon Award.

    Shihan has been recognized for his contributions to the art of spoken word poetry and his long-standing commitment as an artist, activist, educator and is an honorary member of Nu Rho Poetic Society. BLANCA GONZALEZ

  • Blanca Gonzalez is a trailblazer with more than twenty years of experience in the retail and sneaker industry, has made history as the first Latina Senior Vice President/GM of WSS. She began her career at 19, navigating through diverse corporate roles, amassing an extensive skill set from her 20-plus year tenure at Nike where she brought a strong focus on merchandising, brand management, and people management. She went on to bring her strategic leadership to Lululemon in 2021, where she led global merchandising initiatives. Gonzalez is known for her dedication to team development and innovation, with a particular emphasis on community engagement especially within the Latino community.

    Beyond her impressive corporate milestones, Gonzalez places a high value on promoting a balanced work/life integration, advocating for family time and personal well-being among her team members.   • Chris Peña is an accomplished media executive, with vast experience in local broadcasting, cable news, and digital publishing. He is also a strategy coach guiding teams in higher education, commercial and non-profit media through transformational change.

    He was most recently SVP of News at Univision Local Media, where he led the transformation of a collection of individual stations producing content for TV, to an audience-first organization with a weather and digital mindset, driven by research and brand.

    Chris founded NBC Latino, the groundbreaking news and information platform for English- language U.S. Hispanics, and was its first Executive Editor. At NBC Latino, he gave a platform to the growing Hispanic population looking to have their pride and identity reflected in the media.

    Chris has been at the forefront of corporate DEI efforts at companies such as GE/NBCU, and he is a founder of Univision’s BiPOC ERG. He served on the Board of Directors of the T. Howard Foundation, dedicated to diversity in media.

Sarah Mantilla Griffin

  • Sarah Mantilla Griffin is the Co-Founder and Creative Director of UNREPD, an innovative contemporary art gallery in Los Angeles. In just three years at UNREPD, Sarah has created a new paradigm for exhibiting artwork, has discovered breakthrough talent, and has given rise to an important new cohort of art collectors, particularly celebrities, athletes, and executives of color, alongside art world leaders. Coss Marte

  • In 2009, Coss Marte was sent to jail as the ringleader of a multi-million dollar drug operation. He was also grossly overweight and warned by his physician that his current lifestyle, if left unchecked, would likely kill him.

    Faced with this grim prognosis, Coss started to get in shape using the tools he had -- his prison cell and his own body weight. Within six months he lost 70 pounds and replicated his successful formula of body weight exercises with 20 other inmates. Then he launched CONBODY, a prison style bootcamp that has gained over 70,000+ clients and has hired 50+ formerly incarcerated individuals to teach fitness classes. Since the launch of his company he’s been featured in over 200 major media outlets such as NBC, CNN, The New York Times, Men's Health and has been a 3 time TED Talk Speaker. He’s also won major pitch competitions such as Pitch for Good by TOM’s shoes and the YPO shark tank competition, which combined raised $2,000,000.

    Today Coss co-founded a non-profit organization called Second Chance Studios, which trains and helps employ formerly incarcerated individuals to become experts in audio engineering, video production, and podcasting.

    In addition, he launched CONBUD, which is hiring formerly incarcerated individuals that have been affected by the war on drugs to build a personal and impactful presence in the cannabis market in New York State through a dispensary that has opened under the NYS conditional licensing program.

Roger  Obando

  • Technologist/ Innovator. Roger Obando is a serial entrepreneur and technologist with over 25 years of experience in software development and consulting in both the enterprise and start-up worlds.

    His most recent entrepreneurial venture, Baker Technologies, a CRM platform focused on helping companies in the cannabis industry build and retain relationships with their customers, was acquired in 2018 resulting in his successful exit.

    Since then Roger has rejoined the start-up ranks as CTO of fitness CRM, Loyalsnap where he is applying lessons learned in the cannabis industry to a very different industry that, due to a global pandemic, is facing a similar challenge of forced modernization.

    Earlier in his career, Roger spent nearly a decade working with large interactive agencies and clients like Sony, BMW, JP Morgan, and Disney. He made the decision in early 2012 to leave services and enter the product space, consulting with start-up companies and eventually transitioning to senior technology positions at Mobile Roadie and Kamino Labs. He has a B.A. In Computer Science and Visual Design from Duke University.

rafael agustin

  • Rafael Agustín was a writer on the award-winning The CW show, Jane The Virgin, is the author of the bestselling memoir, Illegally Yours (Grand Central Publishing), and is a past Sundance Institute Episodic Fellow.

    Rafael was the founding Executive Director of the Youth Cinema Project and the founding CEO of the Latino Film Institute. In 2018, LA Weekly named Rafael one of the fifty most essential people in Los Angeles. Also in 2018, the United Nations invited Rafael to speak at their 70th Anniversary Celebration of the Universal Declaration of Human Rights. In 2022, the LA Times declared Rafael a “Power Player” in their inaugural LA Vanguardia class, and in 2023, Rafael received the Spirit of Los Angeles Award from the Program for Torture Victims.

Ana Sheila Victorino

  • Ana Sheila Victorino is a queer Mexican-born wellness entrepreneur. She is the co-founder of Bask and Being, a workplace wellness company that believes human and employee well-being should be at the center of how businesses and organizations do business and life.

AJ Ramos

  • Arnulfo “AJ” Ramos is a recognized Latin Music and Culture Executive, and Multimedia Public Figure.

    His first 10 years in the industry were spent at radio [terrestrial and satellite] and television. He helped establish the first Reggaeton radio station in the United States, La Kalle 105.9FM and worked with some of the most credible communication networks including Univision, SBS, CBS, Sirius XM and Telemundo. His undeniable presence and energy led him to host events around the world, opened up opportunities to interview some of the biggest names in American and Latin culture, such as Bad Bunny, Daddy Yankee, JLo, Roman Reigns, among many others, and ultimately become a public figure, tastemaker and influencer.

Irma Márquez Trapero

  • Irma Márquez Trapero is the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) of LatinoLEAD, a nonprofit organization of Latine leaders across all sectors who join together to create innovative strategies to drive and define policies and perceptions that advance Latine collective influence, success, and power. Irma is an immigrant from Culiacán, México. At the age of nine, her family emigrated to St. James, a small rural farm town in Southern Minnesota. She is a proud DREAMer and former Deferred Action (DACA) recipient. She’s passionate about the advancement of Latinos and believes in the opportunity that Minnesota has to ensure this continues to be a great home for the Latinx community.

LUIS A. MIRANDA JR.

  • Luis A. Miranda Jr, Community Founder & Advocate

    LUIS A. MIRANDA JR. has four decades of experience as a leader in the public, private, political, and advocacy sectors. He arrived in New York City from Puerto Rico in 1974 to study psychology at NYU but soon found himself drawn to community action when he organized his neighbors to fight for better schools for their children. In the 1980s he was a special advisor for Hispanic Affairs to Mayor Ed Koch, and he continued to serve in key roles for the Dinkins and Giuliani administrations. As a founding partner of the MirRam Group, Miranda has consulted on several successful political campaigns, including the senatorial campaigns of Secretary Hillary Rodham Clinton, Senator Chuck Schumer, and Senator Kirsten Gillibrand. Most recently he managed New York Attorney General Letitia James’ successful reelection. Miranda is the founding president of the Hispanic Federation and is currently the chairperson of the Latino Victory Fund, the Northern Manhattan Arts Alliance, Viva Broadway and the Public Theater. He is a board member of The City, and former chair of the Center for Latin American, Caribbean, and Latino Studies at the CUNY Graduate Center.
    Luis and his wife, Dr. Luz Towns-Miranda, have three children, Luz Miranda-Crespo, Lin-Manuel Miranda, and Miguel Towns. For over 40 years, Luis Miranda and Dr. Towns-Miranda have been community activists since their first date in 1978, and since HAMILTON’s critical and commercial success, the family has expanded their work with additional resources through the Miranda Family Fund and Miranda Family Fellowship. Luis shepherds all the family’s philanthropic endeavors, which span increasing people of color’s representation throughout the arts and government, ensuring access to women’s reproductive health, and preserving and strengthening the arts in Puerto Rico.

suzy exposito

  • Suzy Exposito is a Cuban-Belizean writer and artist based in Los Angeles. Before landing at the L.A. Times as a music reporter and critic, she became the first Latina to write a cover story for the legendary rock magazine Rolling Stone, examining the rise of reggaetón superstar Bad Bunny. She was also the founding editor of Rolling Stone’s first Latin music section, through which she significantly expanded the legendary magazine’s coverage of Spanish- and Portuguese-language music. CHRISTINE DE LA ROSA

  • Founder and Cannabis Social Entrepreneur

    Christine spent 20 years as a systems and database architect in tech before coming to cannabis. She is a social entrepreneur who has spent most of her adult life building businesses that creatively engage and employ the local communities that surround them. A history in technology, business consulting and entrepreneurship were part of the trajectory that led to co-owning cannabis businesses in both California and Oregon. She is a well-respected business leader, advocate and activist.

    Christine is passionate about the industry that saved her life. At the top of her tech career she almost died from complications of undiagnosed Lupus. In 2015, she found cannabis as an alternative medicine to treat her lupus. No longer bound to 11 pills a day or monthly infusions, she was inspired by her experience to open Benefit Health Collective in 2016, along with her co-founders to help those who most need access to cannabis. Together they continue to grow their multi-state dispensary footprint and build a fiercely sought after national social equity model and enterprise now known as The People’s Dispensary.

    She is currently the CEO and National Co-Founder of The People’s Dispensary. She is an advisory board member of the Access + Innovation Project and Cannabis Doing Good. Jim Norman

  • Jim Norman - Global Executive Coach.

    After more than 30 years, Jim retired from the Kraft Foods Group in July of 2013 to explore the second half of life focused on family and ministry as an ordained Deacon in the Archdiocese of Chicago. In 2015, he has served as the Director of Vicariate Operations for the Archdiocese of Chicago working with over 60 catholic churches, 20 grade schools and 15 high schools providing operations, financial and human resources support to meet the needs of the diverse Catholic faith community on the south side of Chicago. Since 2022, Dcn. Norman has served as Vicar for Deacons for the Archdiocese of Chicago leading the largest permanent diaconate community in the world with over 450 active deacons.

    Jim’s previous experience included five corporations, seven US locations, and 23 positions from security guard, to line management, to human resources business partner and human resources vice president. Jim has had a long and distinguished career, serving the corporations he has worked for with innovative solutions to consistently exceed business expectations.

    In September of 2013, Jim was appointed to the Board of Directors for the Chicago Executive Service Corps (ESC). The ESC serves over 150 nonprofits and public agencies with professional, affordable consulting services that enable them to better meet the needs of those they serve.

    Monica Cadena is a multifaceted Afro-Latinx professional based in California, deeply involved in the psychedelic, social justice, and community healing spaces. She is the Creatrix of the Psychedelics & Sensuality Conference, which engages with themes around the therapeutic
    and cultural uses of psychedelics. Monica is also known for her role as a digital strategist, writer, and community organizer, working leading organizations within the psychedelic space to support decriminalization efforts and promote equity within the psychedelic
    community. Currently, Monica is a strategy consultant at Equitable Food Oriented Development (EFOD) and DAISA Enterprises, where she promotes sustainable community practices and food system resilience. Her work has been featured in Forbes, DoubleBlind Magazine, Vogue, Elle, and Yoga Journal, among others.
